Winnovative HTML to PDF Converter for .NET Documentation
Adds a PDF document from the given stream before the result of HTML to PDF conversion. If the AutoCloseExternalDocs property is true the added document will be automatically closed when the final document is closed or saved. The header and footer are not applied to the PDF documents added by this method. If you want to enable the header and footer in the added PDF document use the AddStartDocument(Stream, Boolean, Boolean, Boolean)
